Description

This enantiomerically pure benzhydrylamine is the chiral key intermediate to levocetirizine, the (R)-enantiomer of cetirizine. It is condensed with piperazine derivatives to install the active diarylmethylpiperazine pharmacophore with the correct absolute configuration.
